These are our Standard Specifications. These are simply base standards. Virtually any interior finish, Kitchen and Bath cabinets,  plumbing and fixtures, or exterior finishing touches can be incorporated in your home. Any upgrade options you desire are available, and custom fixtures are no problem.Cut sheet standards are available for each manufacturer of products we use upon request. Exterior Walls: 2x6 SPF stud grade 16" OC - 8' wall framing
Plates: Double SPF #2 2x6 top plate; 2x6 bottom plate
Headers: Double SPF #2 insulated box header or solid header - depending on span and load
Sheathing: 1/2 plywood exterior walls
Insulation: 6" R19 Kraft faced fiberglass w/foam gasket on electrical boxes in exterior walls

Insulation: 3.5" R11 in all stairway and bath walls
Marriage Walls: 2x4 or 2x3 SPF stud grade - 16" OC w/ 3/8" CDX plywood sheathing or 3/8" structural sheathing

Rafter: 2x8 base rafter gusetted to ceiling joists with 2x6 top flips, 2x4 knee walls, and 2x6 collar ties
Sheathing: 1/2" plywood
Drip Edge: 8" galvanized at rakes and eaves
Underlayment: Ply Dry II premium w/ ice & water shield at eaves and valleys
Shingles: Bird Seal King 235# 25-year, self-sealing and architectural upgrade
Ventilation: Truss roof - roll-vent (or equal) ridge and vinyl soffit vent rafter roof - vinyl gable end vents and vinyl soffit vent
