Modular Home Site Work

ZABI Homes will schedule site work to be completed by the time your home is ready for shipment from the factory. We expect the best quality form our excavators and they deliver. Our excavators and other contractors have been busy getting your site as ready as possible while your new home has been created at the factory. Provisions are made for the installation of utilities such as electric, water (city or well) and waste disposal (city or septic). Schedules must be made to accommodate the time needed by each of the trades to complete their preliminary work, and allow for time after the home is set to complete this work.

On set day the modules are delivered by transporter and "set" on your foundation by a 70-120 ton crane. Once your home is placed on the foundation the additional finish work is usually completed in 8-12 weeks or longer for larger customs with many amenities.
