Septic System: |
- Installed per supplied design. Inspected by local code
enforcement.

Driveway: |
- Up to 100’- Gravel base 12’ minimum width
with approximately 4" of top coat crushed gravel. Crowned
at a minimum of 5:1. Longer drives, turnouts, or large parking
areas quoted individually.

- Culverts placed at drive end per town specs. Additional
required culverts placed as required and priced on a case-by-case
basis
|
Utility Trenching: (if required) |
- Up to 100’- (1) Power conduit-2" and (2)
Low-voltage conduits-1"
|
Foundation: |
- 8’ walls 8" thick (10" over 38’
long)
|
- 4" thick slab floor, cut for stress cracks.
|
- All ties snapped off inside and outside the foundation.
Ties below finish grade filled from the exterior with dry-lok
or equivalent hydraulic cement. Entire surface of foundation
to be below grade will be coated with an asphalt foundation
coating.
|
- Standard pre-cast bulkhead with BILCO Steel cover, left
as primed.

Drainage: |
- Drains- 4" Rigid Schedule 20 perimeter drains inside
and out side footing. One floor drain in corner of floor.
|
- Stone- minimum of 4" of crushed stone in basement
floor and stone around perimeter drains, inside and out
covered with hay, straw or filter fabric.
|
- Drains run out to grade level where possible. A small
retention pool may be required. Home sites where gravity
drainage will not work will be taken on a case-by-case basis.
|
Backfill: |
- Clean coarse sand will be used to fill around the foundation
perimeter and the foundation floor.
|
- Fill from cellar hole will be used on site where possible
for bringing a lot to grade.
|
- Excess fill will be brought on-site as required. The initial
quote will have allowances for bringing the excavated perimeter
of the home to grade.
|
- A 25’ perimeter around the home will be covered
with loam and seeded. A 12" wide 4" deep layer
of crushed stone can be placed around the foundation for
splash and drainage for an additional charge.
